Losing it...

ok, so, after a month scrupulously (well 90% scrupulously) following a 1200-calorie-a-day diet and walking a minimum of 2 miles a day for 21 out of the last 31 days, i have lost… are ya ready for it? NEGATIVE 8/10ths of a pound! yay me. at this rate i’ll be up almost 10 pounds by christmas 2012! can’t wait to see how much i “lose” on my next weigh-in on march 1st.

and it’s raining out, too. no walkies for me today…
