Barn Island WMA

started off intending to do the 3-mile loop, but it soon became obvious i wouldn’t be able to finish, so i cut it short by taking an alternate route out to palmer neck rd. i saw some hunters with dogs out shooting ducks, so reminder, it’s hunting season. don’t forget your blaze orange! it was a beautiful day, and barn island never disappoints. i think it’s the prettiest spot i hike.

i stopped in the middle of the marsh trail to try out the panorama feature on my new iphone. i think the results are pretty decent. as always, click to embiggen the panoramas.
