very short but very cool hike with a friend through this amazing property. the trail literally went boulder-hopping at one point, and we’re not talking tiny bolders. it was lots of fun.
lots and lots of swamp azalea in bloom on this trail. this is such a beautiful shrub, and amazing that it’s native. wish you could smell how sweet it smells, too!
boulders of all shapes, sizes, and configurations are the main attraction on this property. this was just one of many amazing sights.
and here is the coolest part of the trail… where it hops over a huge ravine filled with boulders. you were literally hopping from boulder to boulder at some spots. i highly recommend this spot.
i have added this hike to the hikefinder.
