Riverwood and a Riverwalk

hope everyone had a nice christmas/hanukkah/kwanza/festivus. today’s hike was a double providence county hiking club hike. the first part was on the westerly land trust’s riverwood property, and it was a great morning for hiking, if a little crisp.

i’ve posted about riverwood before. it’s a really nice property except in the high summer, when it gets a little overgrown and buggy. and the riverwalk in wakefield was short (under 1/2 mile) and sweet. you can get to it from the parking lot of fat belly’s pub at 333 main street in wakefield.
